Hello, Following a purchase (which turned out to be a counterfeit), I made a return request to the seller. He accepted the return, but told me he did not want to receive the item back because it was worthless. I said I had returned the item, and he confirmed receipt. But now he is telling me that eBay is charging him €54 in listing fees and that this is preventing him from refunding me. Is it true that he has fees if a return has been made? Can he refund me without paying these fees (without waiting for eBay to step in, otherwise it will take days again...)? Thank you all
