Hello, I bought an item that turned out not to match the description: very worn even though it was listed as new, no label even though it is a branded garment (I don't know if it is counterfeit). I made a return request which was accepted by the seller. Then the seller says he can't send me the return label and tells me that according to Ebay it's up to me to buy it. I finally called Ebay customer service to find out what I should do. Here's their response, in case it's useful to anyone: I don't have to return the item at my own expense. The seller has already been informed by Ebay that the return shipping costs are their responsibility. If they don't want to listen, too bad for them.
