The seller isn't responding to me anymore
I ordered a remote on February 6 for a DVD player and it doesn't work at all. I contacted the seller and he asked me in return to send him photos of his remote as well as the model number of my DVD player so he could help me. I did that and since then I haven't had any response from him after 2 follow-ups. What should I do?
