I’m asking for your help with my purchase because the seller isn’t responding to my messages. I’ve been trying to contact them for two days now, with no success. They sent me a message yesterday morning and haven’t been heard from since. What should I do ?
You bought a product and have most likely/certainly already paid for it...
On the transaction ( see here----> https://www.ebay.fr/mye/myebay/purchase ) you have all the info regarding this purchase as well as tracking details and the expected delivery date.
If your seller is taking a while to reply... you can always wait until the delivery date has passed to take action if the item still hasn’t arrived by doing what’s in this link--------->

If it arrives on time but the purchase doesn’t match the listing, you can request a refund by doing what’s indicated in this link------->
Return an item to get a refund | eBay
Don’t do anything outside of eBay and the tools available to you; your "buyer protection" depends on it.

As for telling you what to do, since you don't give any info about the reason for the contact, it's just impossible....
