The seller isn’t responding to messages
Hello, I'm sending messages to the seller following my purchase on 25/07/26. Today is 29/07/2026, and he is not responding to the messages I sent. I need this item quickly. If I can't receive it before 6/08/26, I'll order one elsewhere, but I would need to know. Thank you.

OP1 week agoIndeed, I found it, I called, and it’s not at all the seller of the item I bought whose order cancellation I requested this afternoon. I hope that will be taken into account.

He's a pro seller, so you have their contact details (phone and email) in their listings.
Worth trying if he doesn't reply to eBay messages.

You need to click on "seller details".

I didn’t tell you to go to the "who we are" page...
I told you "it’s a pro seller so you have their contact details (phone and email) in their listings."
You click on one of their listings and at the bottom (under the description), you have "seller contact details".
You click on that and you’ll get their phone number and email.
