Hello, I bought an item from a seller, so I won the auction, and this person is asking me for an additional amount, claiming that there is a buyer on the **bleep** who would give them €20 more. I have a feeling that with this kind of tactic, this person does not intend to send me my purchase.

* or wait until the delivery deadline has passed so you can open a dispute for item not received
