The seller wants to cancel
Summary: ndubpal-0 expresses confusion after receiving a message from the buyer asking to initiate a refund request because of technical issues with the platform, even though the package was marked as shipped by eBay. ndubpal-0 is looking for advice on what to do next.
Bonjour juste après avoir payé et acheté la clim j'ai reçu le courrier suivant en provenance de l'acheteur. Et pourtant eBay m'indique que le colis est envoyé? Que dois-je faire? Dear Customer:
Let me explain the current situation to you: The eBay platform has been experiencing widespread system failures, which has caused our store account to lose the function of handling the shipment of goods. Currently, the vast majority of merchants on the platform are affected by this technical issue.
Please submit a "no delivery of goods" refund request to your payment bank or credit card company. Once you complete this dispute application, we will process a full refund for you immediately.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to communicate with us at any time. We will do our best to solve your problems.

This letter is weird...it smells like a scam...
It might be a good idea to do it as follows---->
1) - since you have bought and paid... you have an expected delivery date.
2) - Do not contact the seller right away, that would not help you..
3) - wait until the expected delivery date has passed and do as what is in this link------> Get help for an item that hasn't arrived | eBay
4) - follow all deadlines to the letter...
WARNING...
any action or arrangement without going through eBay's tool links would only serve to bamboozle you or waste time...
On the other hand, nothing prevents you from contacting Customer Service right away here----> eBay customer service
to find out exactly what's going on and protect yourself.
Best regards
