Hello, on January 31, 2025, I bought a backpack, but within minutes I requested to cancel the purchase, because the delivery date was between the end of March and the end of May. I contacted the seller, who told me he would cancel the sale and refund me, but nothing...A few days later, I asked eBay to act, they gave the seller 5 days to cancel the sale, which he did not do, and for about 3 weeks now, eBay has not stepped in, I can no longer do anything except contact the seller, who tells me each time that they are going to contact the department that handles transfers, that I have to be patient, but each time, nothing... I feel like they are stalling, what can I do? Why isn't eBay doing anything? Is there a point where I won't be able to say or do anything anymore?...
