After several calls following a dispute for which I was penalized even though, with proof to back it up, I am in no way responsible, I spoke on the phone with an eBay employee ([Nom]) who was very understanding and who had promised me a free next store subscription as compensation because eBay was indeed responsible for the situation and was fully sorry about it. A very appreciated commercial gesture... which in the end turns into the subscription charge! Promises are therefore just hot air, just like seller protection!!! eBay has really changed over these past 20 years... the carriage turns into a pumpkin!
