automatic auctions no longer appear on the auction history page

Since the end of March 2024, on the auction history page the buttons have been inactive.
That is to say, the bid button has no effect.
The Hide automatic bids and Show automatic bids buttons have no effect.
I suppose there has been a software update from ebay.
I am on Windows 7 with firefox V115.9.
Same with chrome 109.0.5414.120 (official Build) (32 bits)
So, I don't know if it's the same for you.

OP2 years agoThe problem was resolved on April 6, 2024. It must have been a bug that was fixed.

It seems obvious that your PC is no longer really up to date for the current features of ebay and others...
See whether you can upgrade your Windows 7 by doing a few steps that are shown here---> Upgrade to Windows 10: FAQ - Microsoft Support
There's no guarantee of results from me... but it won't cost you anything to try... 😀

OP2 years agoIt's already done. I did a cleanup with ccleaner. Today on the internet there are only 3% of computers on Windows 7, it's possible that firefox is receiving commands it doesn't recognize because of its age. On Windows 7 firefox is no longer updated.
