New listings approved for sale do not appear
Hello
Since this morning, Wednesday September 23, 2026, the new listings I create do not appear on the page "Current listings," which stays stuck at the number of 7033 current listings, while on the "Overview" page, on the "current listings" line, the correct number of 7035 appears. If you click on this number of 7035, you arrive at the page "Manage current listings" followed by the number 7033! Mayday mayday !

there's a bug going on since this morning.
It was also reported on ebay.com so it's widespread.

I’m sharing it because on the US forum, eBay moderators often step in when there’s a “big” issue.

the forum admin at ebay.com chimed in on a post, but it doesn’t really help us much:
"Our product team is aware that the issue with seller-ended listings, newly listed items, and relisted items not appearing on the active listings page, the listings draft page, or in the inactive section. There is an open ticket under ALERT17029 and they are working on a solution as soon as possible."

OP3 weeks agoOk thanks, that's nice of you to keep me posted! Sure, the problem still isn't solved, but at least they're finally aware of it and they're working on it. Hopefully it's just a matter of hours...
