International tracked letter
Hello. I need to send an item to Belgium by International Tracked Letter at the rate of €5. But when I want to get the shipping label, International Tracked Letter is not offered; instead, I get UPS first at a price of €11.28. Is it possible to get the delivery through ITL?

nothing requires you to go through eBay’s shipping platform. Go straight to your post office. You’ll just need to add the tracking number to the order.

Nothing forces you to go through the ebay shipping platform = you buy your shipping label yourself and all you’ll need to do is manually enter the tracking number on the ebay order.
