Tracked letter delivered but declared not received by the buyer
Hello,
I'm facing the following problem
I sent a tracked letter via the post office at the beginning of June. The post office website says the letter was indeed delivered on June 16. However, the buyer keeps saying he received nothing.
What should I do, and what could the consequences be if the buyer continues to deny it? For your information, I'm a top-rated professional seller

The tracked letter says it was delivered, but without confirming the delivery address ..
When in doubt,Ebay will side with the buyer, who will be refunded.

A tracked letter does not indicate whether it was the actual recipient who received it...
It only indicates that it was delivered.
Consequently, you have lost the item and you will have to refund your buyer the amount of the transaction.
Your status as a "top" seller changes nothing about this fact...
See about sending with a more reliable proof of receipt to avoid the little "smart ones" who know the loopholes in uninsured deliveries.
But.. that will have an impact on shipping costs..
To see where your interest lies..
the calculator will tell you whether a more expensive, but more reliable shipment will or will not be worthwhile for your profit in view of the loss of the item + its refund.
