Lift a hold for item not received

Hello, a buyer made a claim to block the payment for item not received because there was a lot of delay and he thought the parcel was lost. The parcel had been sent via the eBay platform with Shop2Shop and after several complaints from me it finally arrived at the store and the buyer was able to pick up his parcel and tell me that it was in accordance with his purchase. And on the Shop2Shop website it appears as delivered. But the buyer still hasn't canceled his claim to block the payment and when I follow up with him he explains that he doesn't know how to do it ? From my side as a seller, how can I ask eBay to unblock the situation and release the funds received. Thanks in advance for your help and have a nice day.

I doubt eBay will get involved.
For your buyer, all they need to do is check the help page to find out how to cancel their dispute:
