The "Cancel return" link doesn't work

Hello,

Following a conversation with the seller, I'm trying to use the "Cancel return" link, but this link (in the item details) doesn't work. I've tried several times, on different computers. I always get the message "An issue has occurred on the site. Please go back and try again.".

Thank you in advance for any help you can provide me.

Check with customer service to see if there isn't a deadline for doing it ..

Cancel a request

If you change your mind about a dispute you opened or no longer want to return the item, you can easily cancel your request.

Cancel a return request

To cancel a return request:

Go to the Purchase History and look for the item.
Select Show request details in the Other actions drop-down menu.
Select Close your request and choose the reason from the drop-down menu.
You must be sure you want to cancel the request, because you won't be able to reopen it once it has been closed.
