Links are not working

Actually, it may sound silly, but I have a rather odd issue: I'm trying to click on the tracking links for my orders and nothing happens.
I don't understand and I don't know who to contact.
I've restarted my phone, logged out of my account and logged back in.
But no matter what I do, the tracking links are blocked and I can't track my orders.
Do you have a solution for me?
I don't know if it's the site or something else.
I've tried everything.

You can use this site by entering the package tracking number:
https://parcelsapp.com/
You may also want to uninstall and then reinstall the eBay app...
