Link an order to an account
Summary: celine-4945 ordered a poster without creating an account and received a message from the seller saying they were on vacation and offering to cancel the order. After creating an account, the order does not appear, and celine-4945 is unable to contact the seller. koalagris explains that linking the order to the account is not possible and provides a link to contact the seller.
I placed an order yesterday for a poster on the site without creating an account. Then I got a message from the seller informing me that they were on vacation, so they couldn't send my order and that if I wanted, they could cancel my order. To reply to them, I ended up creating an account, but my order doesn't appear on my account, so I can't get in touch with the seller to ask them to cancel the order and refund me. Could someone help me either explain to me how to link the order I placed with the same email as my account, or ask the seller for a refund so that I can contact them.
