Delivery locations
The buyer of my item had it delivered by Mondial Relay
However, on eBay he couldn't find the appropriate drop-off location
So I had to make a shipping label myself on the Mondial Relay platform
The item has been delivered and picked up by the buyer
Unfortunately on eBay it just says sent
I have repeatedly asked the buyer to change the delivery status, but no more news
What should I do?

That is absolutely not up to him; that action doesn’t exist.
The "delivered" status is updated automatically, via the tracking number recorded on the order (but on eBay there are often delays in the update).
So please be patient...
Either way, as an occasional seller, your funds will be held for at least 14 days:
