Announcement limit, little explanation

Question

Hello,

I took out an eBay store because it was clearly stated that I was entitled to 300 free listings and then paid ones after that.

Today I am limited to 200 listings and eBay doesn't want me to add any more..

(I don't have the option to pay for them either).

Would there be a mentor to explain how this works to me? I have no way of contacting eBay except through this channel.

Thank you koalagris for this reply, but I already know this page and when I click on increase the number of ads I’m told that it’s refused without any explanation/contact person to reach out to 😕
