limit on the number of announcements

Hello, I wanted to know if Ebay would have changed the listing limit threshold. In fact, I have a Pro contract for 9999 listings and I was supposed to move to a little over 10,000, but it’s roughly 3 times more expensive, so not very interesting for me. Thanks
