Hello, I’m a seller and I’ve just been hit with a hold placed for item not received.
The postal service confirms via the tracking number that the item was indeed delivered.
How do I get paid?

Provide the proof (screenshot) to eBay, but if it's a tracked letter, eBay will tell you that there is no proof it was delivered to the buyer's address.
