I am still waiting for a response regarding a dispute with a seller.
I had contacted customer service about this.
It is a 16 GB memory stick that is not compatible with my HP 17-by0085nf computer.
The seller certifies that this memory stick works on my computer, and before the purchase I clearly specified that he certified that this memory stick could be installed on my PC.
I installed the stick twice and it does not work. I contacted HP, the manufacturer, who after checking confirmed that it was not suitable for my PC. It can only take a maximum 8GB memory stick. I only have one slot and when I logged into the system, indeed, we cannot install a stick larger than 8GB. I contacted the seller several times, and he does not want to hear anything. He did not reply to my last message, but he closed the discussion.
So I asked eBay to step in, and they did in fact start a procedure against the seller.
So I am still waiting on this dispute.

if eBay has already started a procedure, you need to deal with them directly.
