Dispute
I had opened a PayPal dispute, but the seller told me to stop it because he would have gotten a bad rating, since originally I just wanted to cancel my order, but it was marked as an order not received.
So now there’s a big problem! He put the item back up for sale elsewhere and says he closed my order, but it isn’t marked as such and I can’t open a new dispute anymore. I also haven’t gotten a refund... What should I do?

You have 30 days from the estimated delivery date to open a dispute on eBay ..

You should NEVER close a dispute before you've been satisfied.
and since there is only 1 possible dispute per item = no more recourse...
