DISPUTE
Summary: antcam3675 asked for help regarding a dispute opened by a buyer who claims not to have received an item that was nevertheless marked as delivered. The postal tracking number shows that the package was indeed delivered. *miss-tigri* suggested that the seller refund the buyer and block them to avoid further problems, since tracked letters do not come with seller protection on eBay. antcam3675 thanked them for the quick response.
Good evening,
I would need your help as I don’t know what to do following a dispute opened today by a buyer. This buyer purchased an item on November 07; like all my shipments, it was sent out on the 08th via the postal service under tracking number 88000013748360P. As of the 12th, it says, I quote, "Your parcel was delivered to the mailbox". The buyer informs me that they did not receive it and has therefore opened a dispute. After asking my post office, I was told that the delivery went fine and that this person should check with their mail carrier. How can I clarify the situation with Ebay regarding this dispute, because I believe I am not responsible for the mail carrier’s work.
Counting on your help, thank you in advance
Kind regards, A.C

Mentor1 year agoGood evening
There's little chance the postman was responsible for the product not being delivered.
Your buyer should know that a tracked letter is not covered by eBay's seller guarantee.
You’ve come across a sly one.. Refund him and put him on the blocked buyers list.
