I bought windows for a Renault Twizy for the price of $589, and at no point was customs duty mentioned. They are normally required to specify that during the transaction, before payment, or include these fees at the time of payment. I contacted the seller, who is offering to refund me $41; the customs fees are €141. I replied that I wanted full coverage of the customs fees or a full refund and return of the item. I no longer have a response from the seller. I opened a dispute with eBay, but they still haven’t responded to me. I contacted FEDEX; they can only keep my package until 02/16, after which they will send it back to the sender, but I don’t know whether I will be refunded afterward. What options do I have, in your opinion? Thank you in advance.
