Hello, I would like to ask the community and an eBay moderator for help regarding a dispute that was unfairly closed. This concerns order no. 11-13691-19837 placed on October 12, 2025. I canceled the order less than 5 minutes after purchase, before any shipment, but the seller refused my request and still sent the package. The Mondial Relay tracking proves that I never picked up the package, which was then returned and received by the seller. I obtained direct confirmation from Mondial Relay that the seller did indeed take back possession of the package. In addition, I have proof that the same item (Prince of Persia Super Nintendo Complete) is currently for sale on another platform, which shows that he does have it. Despite these elements, eBay closed the dispute by considering the package as “delivered,” even though it was never delivered to my address. I am requesting the reopening of the case and the full refund of €154.49, in accordance with eBay policy and the Consumer Code (article L221-18 on the right of withdrawal).
