I recently sold an item on eBay. Unfortunately, the package was not delivered and is on its way back to me. The buyer requested a refund, and I want to proceed with that refund. However, the dispute was closed automatically, and I’m finding myself unable to cancel the sale to recover the associated eBay fees.
Could someone tell me the procedure to resolve this problem? I want to refund the buyer while recovering my selling fees.
