Dispute from a buyer, what solution for me?
Summary: havanashop received a dispute from an unhappy buyer who claims that books are missing from a box set. Hello everyone,
I just received a dispute from a buyer, he tells me in a message (I just received the box set but the two small books are missing)
I reply that in my description the box set is sold without the two small books, hence the price.
he replies that he didn't know and asks me for a refund and opens a dispute, (blocking me 100 e)
I explain to him clearly that there is a description and that it's not there just for show and that the photos speak for themselves but he doesn't want to hear anything, he wants to cancel the sale and be refunded! and asks me for the return label.
I've only been on eBay for a short time and I wouldn't want to make a mistake while staying honest but not naive either!
what advice would you give me?

"I've only recently been on ebay"= uh... unless you bought this account, dating from March 2023 with 232 seller reviews, 377 items sold and over 1700 listings for sale, that's hard to believe...
