eBay dispute, of course the buyer is always right!
Everything is in the header. EBay says I didn’t answer their questions, even though they didn’t ask any questions. And now they’re announcing that they refunded the buyer. Who now has my item and my money. **bleep** site, **bleep** customer service. The **bleep** is getting more and more interesting now! No way to contact an eBay rep. What a joke!!
When a dispute is opened... you need to show that you're following it... even if it means adding a harmless sentence that will only serve to indicate that you're paying attention to what's going on...
A dispute opened... and if nobody lifts a finger.. ebay will side with the complainant..
(unfortunately that's what happened to you...) ...
All that's left are civil proceedings if the amount is worth it... (registered letter.. local court.. etc..)
