Dispute and return
Hello, I opened a dispute for an item that did not arrive within the prescribed time frame. I have since received it and would like to return it. Can I cancel my dispute while still keeping the option to return the item? The seller offered returns on a case-by-case basis.

If you have received the item and want to send it back for a refund, you must cancel your item not received dispute and create a return request.
