Impossible dispute
Hello everyone, I ordered a statue in China, I received a paper telling me that I would get the statue when it was manufactured, but last week the seller told me that it would not be possible. I would like to get a refund but the seller hasn't responded for a few days.
I would like to file a complaint or dispute, but I can't contact eBay because the statue appears as delivered.
What should I do, thanks in advance

Do it during office hours and ask to be called back.
