I have a package that I never received, which was shown as "at a pickup point." After opening a dispute, eBay closed it because the package was listed as available at the pickup point. However, after 2 months of hounding the carrier, I got confirmation that they had indeed lost the package and that they were going to refund the seller. Problem: when I call customer service they tell me they can't do anything and that I have to hope I get my refund... eBay is supposed to cover this kind of thing, which is why I go through this service. But since their initial decision was based on false information that was passed on, they don't want to go back on it... If anyone has contacts or a way to help me, I'm all ears
