Unjustified dispute.
Summary: gemballa92 explains that a buyer, "gorio5726", is disputing the purchase of two incomplete kits that were clearly described as such in the listing. The buyer is requesting a refund, claiming the items arrived broken and incomplete, even though that was specified in the listing. gemballa92 suspects the damage happened when the buyer unpacked them and is asking for help resolving this dispute.
Hello,
The buyer is disputing the purchase of an item that I sold online on the site and is asking for a refund.
The buyer is asking for a refund, stating that the 2 items are incomplete
My listing states :"1/43 - 2 incomplete Rondeau 382 kits by Silhouette" as well as in the item description, namely: "The photo shows what is for sale"
Apparently the buyer can't read. In addition, he clearly states afterward that one of the two kits arrived broken (metal miniature ???) while providing a photo of the two open boxes. Mystery: part of the miniature disappeared during transport, which is not the case for the one in the listing. I would rather think that the miniature slipped out of his hands while unpacking.
Thank you in advance for your help.
Best regards

Knowing that eBay always sides with the buyer.. you can try to argue your case with the evidence by contacting Customer Service.
Otherwise, you have 2 options...
partial refund---->
Refunding buyers | eBay
wait for him to send the item back so you can refund him..
he'll need to do what's in this link->
Return an item to get a refund | eBay
Best regards
