Dispute: item not received by buyer
Hello
I’m a professional seller based in France
An English buyer filed a dispute for item not received, even though the parcel was left at a postal point after the delivery driver came by
The buyer claims to have neither a tracking number nor a delivery notice
He also says that the French tracking number I provided is not correct

OP1 month agoI only have the French tracking number
La poste replied beside the point, obviously
The problem is that the dispute ends on the 14th and the parcel is still available until the 17th, so the guy can get refunded and then go pick up the parcel

it's possible that your buyer didn't receive a delivery notice if, for example, the address had an error. That would explain why the postal worker left the mail available at a post office.
The tracking info you saw clearly came from the French postal service.
What exactly does the tracking on Royal Mail say?
