Hello, I sold an item to someone a few weeks ago. I received an email from them saying that they had refused to pay the customs fees and thus did not claim the parcel. That’s how I received my parcel this week. Since I stated on my account that I did not accept returns, do I have to refund the buyer?
You can’t not refund it because that’s part of the seller’s obligations when an item is returned...
But here the case is a bit different.... it was refused by the buyer...
Refund them the item price, but not the shipping costs since you were only the intermediary between the carrier and that the payment of the shipping costs was intended for the carrier.
