Hello,
A buyer opened a payment dispute; according to eBay, they disputed the payment with their bank. I imagine the bank is asking eBay for a refund, and so they’re turning to me...
But what does the reason “The buyer did not recognize the transaction” mean? They ordered an item, they received it, all of that is shown in the sale details. I don’t understand the problem.

Luckily, it’s not an expensive item! And besides, I struggle to see the point for a **bleep** of buying a butter dish for €6 😄

This means that your buyer has denied the purchase, claiming that it was a third party who acted and that perhaps their credit card or account may have been hacked...
I'm afraid that in this matter you may have lost everything... the item (since it was sent)... and the money (since a refund is planned..)

preferably during office hours and ask to be called back.
