Delivery to a different address and name

I sold an item to a buyer in Canada.
After their payment, I see that the shipping address is in France, and that it is not under the same name as the buyer.
I contact them, and they tell me it is for a friend in France, adding that if I prefer to send it to them in Canada, they will give me their address.
On the one hand, I don't want to send it to another person at another address, and on the other hand if they give me their address in Canada, I would be out of pocket for the shipping costs because what they paid are for a shipment to France since they entered a French address.
What should I do please? I smell a scam, how can I cancel this sale without getting negative feedback? Thank you for your help

The simplest thing would be to cancel this transaction because the name and address are different from the account at the time of payment...
