Hello, so my package was delivered, but without tracking information (the buyer confirmed it to me by message and I asked them to confirm delivery), but the funds are still on hold. What should I do?
The release of the funds will just take longer, due to lack of tracking (shipping without tracking is strongly not recommended: any buyer reporting non-receipt would be fully refunded).
