I made a sale on an item in an online game, except that I sent it to the person, I marked it as sent on the site, and it says it's in delivery even though I completed the delivery in the game. How can I confirm the delivery and get the funds unlocked?

Without a tracking number it is not possible to confirm delivery ..
You’ll need to wait for the period of time the buyer has to open a dispute .
If everything is ok with your bank details and the buyer does not report a problem,you should receive your payment.
