Good evening, how do I go about sending something tracked by La Poste? My envelopes are arriving torn and empty. I've refunded several buyers because they were opened and the items were missing, thank you

Go to La Poste to send your parcels there.
sending mail via Mondial Relay isn't a good idea...
Forget about it right away.
