you can see that you are being told to contact the delivery company... La Poste or another one... since you wrote that their delivery person didn't do their job...
Posting your address on the forum is not a good idea...
Neither the users of this forum, nor ebay, nor your seller will deliver anything to you at this tobacconist’s since it is WITH THE CARRIER (and no one else) that you need to contact, as already said, and it is UP TO YOU to take the necessary steps.
