Hello, I have a problem. I sent a parcel to a buyer, and it arrived at a Chronopost pick-up relay point, except it arrived at a locker pickup location, which I wasn’t aware of, and neither was my buyer. And the problem is that he hasn’t received any code to collect the parcel, and I haven’t received any code either. But he can’t open the locker without a code. What should I do?

Have your buyer ask customer service the question...
If it isn't picked up, the parcel will be returned to you by the carrier.
