Delivery
Hello,
After contacting him, the seller accepts delivery where I live (foreign country). Except that when I try to order, I get a message telling me the delivery location is not valid. I contacted the seller so he could do something, but he replied that he had done what was necessary. When I try the option "have EBAY step in on purchases", it doesn't detect any current purchase. What do you recommend?

Only the seller can do what’s needed so that you can buy from them ..
Did the seller set you up as an exempt buyer? Besides contacting them again, there’s nothing to do.
