Delivery to an address other than the one on eBay

Hello.
A buyer is asking me to send a package to a country other than France,
But on the payment for it, the address is in France.
I asked him before he paid to make sure he changed the address to send it abroad, but no response.
Should I send it abroad as indicated in his message, or should I send the package to the address shown in the order details?

I’ve already been burned once with this problem, so what do you think?

Shipping to the address indicated by eBay is mandatory..It is possible that you are facing an attempted scam.

If there is no response from the buyer, cancel the transaction for address problem ..
