Delivery with signature
I want to buy a product from the United States but I wanted the shipment to be made with signature upon delivery. The seller is telling me they can't add this request because it's eBay's international service that takes care of everything...
Do you know if handing over the package with a signature is possible? And if so, how do you do it ????
Thank you

·2 years agoHello ,
there are several shipping methods to the USA, including USPS by mail and certainly with signature.
Regards.

Your seller goes through eBay's shipping platform: their role is to receive sellers' packages and forward them to the buyer (depending on cost and partnership constraints).
As a result, your request cannot under any circumstances be taken into account (in this process, neither you nor the seller has control over the final carrier); this would only be possible if the seller shipped directly.
Kind regards
