I PAID FOR AN ORDER ON MAY 11 AND THE SELLER TELLS ME THAT HE HAS THE RIGHT TO MAKE A DELIVERY BY JULY 11 AND THAT MY ORDER WILL SHIP TODAY, MAY 19
THE SELLER TELLS ME AFTER MY COMPLAINT THAT IF THIS DOESN'T SUIT ME I JUST HAVE TO CANCEL MY ORDER, WHICH I DO
THEN HE REPLIES TO ME 8 DAYS LATER THAT IT IS TOO LATE
I PAID ON MAY 11 AND HE TELLS ME THAT I WILL BE DELIVERED AROUND JULY 11
IS THIS NORMAL?
