Delivery from mainland France to the overseas departments and territories
Summary: beaver19_26 is having trouble ordering a product from mainland France to Réunion, even though the seller added the French overseas territories as destinations. After following the advice to be added to the list of buyers exempt from conditions and making several attempts, beaver19_26 still can’t place the order. francexpressdeal suggests it could be an issue with the seller not having set up the options correctly or a bug, and recommends contacting customer service.
Hello, I live in an overseas department (Réunion), and I would like to place an order for a product from a seller located in mainland France. The seller has selected the "Worldwide" option among the destinations to which they ship their products, but when I tried to make my purchase, I got a message telling me that the seller did not offer delivery to Réunion, and that I therefore had to ask them. After sending them a message to that effect, the seller informed me that they had indeed added the DOM-TOM as destinations to which their items could be shipped. Unfortunately, I have tried to place the order several times since then, and I still get the same message telling me that the seller does not offer delivery to Réunion. I really want to buy the item they are offering; could you please tell me how to do it?
Thank you in advance for your reply.

Mentor8 months agoHello @beaver19_26
from the moment a seller puts you on their list of buyers exempt from the conditions, they don’t have anything else to change since that lets you buy from their shop.
If despite that, you can’t buy anything, it’s either because the seller didn’t put you on this list, or because there’s a bug right now.
