What is the procedure when my customer receives their order damaged during Colissimo shipping? Especially since the package is well protected with the mentions "Do not fold"

For the post office to compensate you, the recipient has to draw up a damage report and refuse the parcel (once they’ve accepted it, the post office disclaims any responsibility), with a claim from you to the postal services.

In any case, the buyer can open a dispute for non-compliance on ebay in order to be fully refunded.
