J'avais acheté la lettre suivie avant la fin de la vente et je me suis débrouillé avec ça. J'ai essayé de jumeler le numéro de lettre suivie que j'avais avec le bordereau que ebay voulait que je prenne mais ça n'a pas marché le colis a été envoyé et reçu mais ebay considère que rien n'a été envoyé et ne débloque pas mes fonds
"ebay considers that nothing has been sent and does not release my funds " = it’s not the lack of shipment//delivery that is blocking the funds, but the fact that you are a new seller.

You’re a young seller and in that case, eBay blocks the funds for +/- about 20 days...

If after those 20 days you still haven’t received your money... contact Customer Service here----->

preferably do it during office hours and ask to be contacted, with proof of receipt from your buyer.
