Delivery in France
Despite my request to only deliver in FRANCE, requests from foreign buyers were not stopped and I was forced to reimburse fees to this buyer!!! Is this normal? Does EBay actually read the sale listings properly? From now on I will cancel any request coming from abroad

In your eBay account settings, have you checked the block on members with a shipping address outside France in the "buyer requirements"?
